Weteringwoningen

Luchen

is a residential area on the outskirts of the village of Mierlo, North Brabant. A rural appearance, nature, landscape and water play a prominent role here.  The “Weteringwoningen” are characterized by a remarkable architecture with a lot of attention to durability and an exclusive appearance.

The orientation

of the residential units is set up in a way that makes optimal use of the sun.

By a smart placement

of façade openings, houses have been established with a lot of light and a great view that also provide a lot of privacy.

The space around the creek “De Wetering”, which can be found in a central location in the new residential area, offers a lot of room for leisure to the residents and their children. Around the perimeter of this green and blue area, groups of detached houses with a terrace and a view of De Wetering are situated.

In this design, we have chosen a rugged appearance reminiscent of the agricultural history of the area. The materialization has been refined with high-end materials and ingenious details. A residential unit that belongs on the most beautiful place in Luchen.
